  • Custom-built PCs, custom keycaps, or any other personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Digital products, such as software or downloadable content, are non-returnable.

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The refund amount will include the price of the product minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
